BRIAN SIMS
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mr. Sims is the Chief Operating Officer and oversees all facets of the hotel and restaurant management operations for the company, and for our third party management clients. He has been working in the field of hotel and restaurant management for over 20 years, and has vast experience in all areas of the industry. His training and experience working up through the ranks of John Q Hammons Hotels & Resorts has equipped him for success with this growing management company. Mr. Sims has a knack for team building and leadership, and a proven track record of stellar success when managing large hotel and convention center venues with multiple brands including Marriott, Embassy Suites, Courtyard by Marriott, Doubletree by Hilton and Holiday Inn. Most recently he has led Doubletree Hotel Springfield to multiple awards and a # 1 ranking in world in guest satisfaction.
Mr. Sims was born and raised in New Jersey, and has had many tours of duty in the hotel and restaurant industry in New Jersey, West Virginia, North Carolina, Missouri and Arkansas before landing in his present and permanent home in Springfield, Missouri. He and his wife Kristen have two sons, Davis and Reese, and they are all ecstatic about the future potential of O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC.
Brian enjoys spending time with his family, the Ozarks outdoors, golf, and coaching his sons in several sports.
