TIM O'REILLY

MANAGING MEMBER/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. O’Reilly, the Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer of O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, has practiced law in Springfield, Missouri since 1995, and has represented many clients over the years in various industries including the hospitality industry in the areas of franchise negotiations, real estate transactions, litigation, difficult human resource and employment issues, and financing transactions and workout agreements with banks and lenders. Mr. O’Reilly additionally continues in his capacity as partner in the Law Firm of O’Reilly & Jensen, LLC, which he helped form in 1999.

He is also a hotel and restaurant owner and has been charged with complete oversight and control of the purchase, franchise acquisition, conversion/construction, operations, and human resources framework of the Doubletree Hotel Springfield, Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, Houlihan’s Restaurants in Springfield and Columbia, Missouri, Baymont Inn & Suites in Branson, Missouri and the Holiday Inn Tulsa City Center. Mr. O’Reilly is actively investigating and searching for new opportunities in the hospitality industry including new construction, renovation and third party management contracts, and he regularly attends conferences and franchise events in the hospitality industry such as the Hunter Hotel Conference, 2009-2011, Houlihan’s Strategic Partner’s Conference, Developer’s Conferences sponsored by multiple hotel brands, and Hilton and Intercontinental Hotel Group annual conferences.
