Glenn McGinnis is a transformational hospitality leader serving as Regional Director of Operations, overseeing a multi-state portfolio across Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, and Montana. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across all properties, while building high-performing leadership teams that consistently deliver results.

With more than 20 years in the industry, Glenn has advanced through key leadership roles, including Director of Banquets, Convention Services Manager, Outlets Manager, Assistant General Manager of Food & Beverage, Hotel Manager, General Manager, and Area General Manager. His background provides a deep, end-to-end understanding of hotel operations, allowing him to identify opportunities, execute quickly, and sustain long-term performance improvements.

Throughout his career, Glenn has consistently led properties to top-tier performance, earning Marriott’s Hotel of the Year recognition and multiple years as a top-performing Marriott in guest satisfaction. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Connie Award at Embassy Suites Denton—one of Hilton’s highest honors—underscoring his ability to deliver exceptional guest experience while maintaining strong financial results. As a General Manager within Marriott’s Champions Circle, he continued to produce award-winning outcomes and elevate operational standards.

Glenn is known for his disciplined approach to P&L management, focus on revenue optimization, and commitment to accountability at every level of the organization. He thrives on developing talent, strengthening culture, and aligning teams around clear performance goals that drive measurable success.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Auburn University. Outside of work, Glenn enjoys mountain biking, sand volleyball, college football and basketball, and spending time with his family and friends.
