Glenn McGinnis — Regional Director of Operations

Glenn McGinnis serves as Regional Director of Operations, overseeing 10 properties across Texas, Arkansas, and Colorado. In this role, he supports hotel General Managers and their teams in driving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and community engagement.

Glenn has built his career in hospitality since 2001, beginning as an Assistant Banquet Manager and progressing through leadership roles, including Director of Banquets, Outlets Manager, Convention Services Manager, AGM of Food & Beverage, Hotel Manager, AGM of Rooms, General Manager, and Area General Manager. Over the course of his career, he has been recognized with numerous achievements, including Marriott’s Hotel of the Year, multiple years as the top-performing Marriott in guest satisfaction, and the prestigious Connie Award at Embassy Suites Denton. He also had the opportunity to serve as General Manager at Marriott Champions Circle, where he continued to deliver award-winning results and drive operational excellence.

A graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Glenn brings both experience and passion to every aspect of operations. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, sand volleyball, college football and basketball, and, above all, spending time with family and friends.
